Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor is an American stage and screen actor best recognized for her roles in films for the movie Ray Undercover Brother and on the television show The Mentalist. She holds a BA in African-American Studies and an MFA from Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue Ellis. The actress made her professional debut as Ariel on the stage in The Tempest in 1995. Her stage credits include Broadway performance of Joe Turner's Come and Gone A Winter's Tale Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. Film-wise she's most popular for parts like Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express or The Help. On television her regular role in the ABC's crime drama series High Incident has earned her the praise of her fellow actors.
